If My Book Was A Movie In 1930…
The special effects would suck but the cast would kick ass…

Myrna Loy as Etta Daring, all she needs are glasses.

Jean Harlow as Ella Fox. I love this picture because Ella has to wear hats to hide her hair.

Favorite thing I wrote today:
“My boobs are up to my eyeballs and I’m a fire hazard.”

Favorite thing I wrote today:
“Dozens of scars covered his forearms, memories of the large orange cat his neighbors kept in their yard and the victim of his first kill at age seven.”

Favorite thing I wrote today:
“You have a seven grand a month hooker habit, Larry,” Etta said as she sat down at the table.
“That’s a lot of trips to the boulevard, especially for an out of work janitor,” Ella added.

Aren’t they glorious?
The note cards for all the scenes are done, I think. They are done for right now… a giant load off my broken mind. If anyone ever tells you that writing a book is easy… just sock ‘em in the face. If anyone ever tells you writing anything is easy, really, give ‘em a good fist to the ol’ face.
